There is a 15% Early Bird Discount applied to Action images ordered online for five (5) days after the gallery is posted.  Portraits, awards photos and custom photo products (i.e. mugs) are not eligible for discount, nor are phone or email orders.

AWARDS IMAGES
In order to give you the opportunity to choose what you need, we do not automatically mail awards prints.  Please order whatever you need.  We conveniently offer 8x10 print ready electronic files usable for advertising. These files are named "Printable Digitals" and can be found in the "Digital Images" section of our ordering system. All will cropped (no need to make a note).

HOW TO VIEW GALLERIES:
When you click the link for the right gallery, it will open in a new page.  Create a new account with your email and a password (your "Favorites" will be saved in your personal account) or sign-in to your existing account. You may share this gallery link with your friends, it is not password protected, but they will also need to create an account.

Within each gallery, folders are separated by owner's last name (first owner as listed in catalog).  Click the folder with the desired last name.  There are subfolders of each entry number, awards and performance events. Click an image to enlarge and order.  Product options are to the right in different categories.  Click the heart to add images to "favorites" if you want to remember which ones you liked the next time you sign in. 

NOTE:  If you want to enlarge your image, click "Compare" to a few of your images then click "Compare Photos".

You can add images from any gallery (Portrait or Action) to the same cart (but not the same package).  You can also make a collage with portrait and action images in it but please keep in mind, these collages are not eligible for a discount.  Please pay attention to item descriptions. 

Additional Information:
Standard turn-around is 10 days for Printable Digital, 5 weeks for prints or web files, 10 weeks for canvas, collages & products. Your card will not be charged until we double-check your order form. All orders must be paid before they are processed.

Images are previews only - orders will be cropped (if requested) and all images will be color-corrected if needed.

When you complete your order, your credit card is NOT automatically billed - we do that once we double-check your order form and are ready to work on your order. You will get a copy of your credit card receipt with your order.  Delays in payment will result in the removal of any discounts, package specials, early bird specials and/or additional charges. 

Please remember that our images are copyrighted. To obtain a personal advertising or editorial release for an image, you must purchase it as at least an 8x10 or a Printable Digital.

The Commemorative Border will be at the bottom of ALL ACTION images (print and electronic) unless requested otherwise.
It WILL NOT cover anything on the print (see image), nor will it be on awards or portraits unless you request it in "Comments" at check out.
