MOST ORDERING QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED BELOW: Galleries are broken out by owner last name then by portraits or entry number. Keep clicking on an image until you get to the actual gallery. Please also look in "Candids" and "Ring Awards" galleries. If you cannot find your images, please contact us!
Ring Awards, Awards and Portraits are a different price list than Obedience and Rally. You can combine Portrait or Award images with your action images order (but not in the same "package"). Minimum order on portraits and awards is $30. Awards / Portraits do not get an "Early Bird" discount. ALL Awards photos will be cropped. Formal Team photos will not be posted as they will be retouched and combined to create the final product. If you want the Ring Awards team portrait retouched/combined, please call to order. We will correct color and density (if needed) in all ordered images. We will also crop action images by request only (no extra charge). Additional TEAM Portrait session information
HOW TO VIEW GALLERIES:
When you click the link for the right gallery, it will open in a new page. Create a new account with your email and a password (your "Favorites" will be saved in your personal account) or sign-in to your existing account. You may share this gallery link with your friends, it is not password protected, but they will also need to create an account. Within each gallery, folders are separated by owner's last name (as listed in run order). Click the folder with the desired last name. Click the image until you get to a gallery with multiple images. Click an image to enlarge and order. Product options are to the right or below in different categories. Click the heart to add images to "favorites" if you want to remember which ones you liked the next time you sign in. If you want to take advantage of the Package Discounts, you must order from the "Packages" tab. You can add images from any gallery (Portrait or Action) to the same cart (but not the same package). You can also make a collage with portrait and action images in it but please keep in mind these collages are not eligible for a discount. Please pay attention to item descriptions. We will crop all portraits and awards photos to remove any problems (i.e. edge of backdrop). Please note that portraits and awards photos do not have an "Early Bird Discount", but have several package discounts. Minimum order on portraits and awards is $30. Action images will have the event border at the bottom, unless you request otherwise. We will correct color and density (if needed) in all ordered images. We will also crop action images by request only (no extra charge). You can do this by clicking "My Cart", then click the feather "Make a note", and make sure to hit "Click here to save note" or the note will not save. Additional Information: Standard turn-around is 10 days for Printable Digital Images, 5 weeks for prints or low-res digital images, 10 weeks for canvas, collages & products. All orders must be paid before they are processed. Items ordered together will ship together - at the longest turn time, so if you want to get webs or prints before your collage or custom photo products, please place a separate order. Delays in payment will result in the removal of any discounts, package specials, early bird specials and/or additional charges. Images are previews only - orders will be cropped (if requested) and all images will be color-corrected if needed. Please remember that our images are copyrighted. To obtain a personal advertising or editorial release for an image, you must purchase it as at least an 8x10 or a Printable Digital. |
The Commemorative Border will be at the bottom of ALL action images (print and electronic) unless requested otherwise. It WILL NOT cover anything on the print (see image), nor will it be on awards or portraits unless you request it in "Add a message to this order" at check out.
Contains photos in folders by handler's last name range (i.e. Bennett will be in "Handlers A-B"), then by last name. Also look in "Candids" and "Ring Awards" galleries.
