HOW TO VIEW GALLERIES:
When you click the link for the gallery, it will open in a new page. Create a new account with your email and a password (your "Favorites" will be saved in your personal account). You may share this gallery link with your friends, it is not password protected, but they will also need to create an account. Within each gallery, folders are separated by handler's last name range i.e. A-B), then last name as shown in the catalog. Click the folder with the desired last name. Depending on the event, there may be more than one person in the folder with the same last name). Keep clicking until you get to a gallery with many images. Click an image to enlarge and order. Product options are to the right or below - on a mobile device) in different categories. Click the heart to add images to "favorites" if you want to remember which ones you liked the next time you sign in. You can view just your "Favorites". Easiest way to order is to mark your favorites and then order from your "favorites" view. NOTE: If you want to enlarge your image, click "Compare" to a few of your images then click "Compare Photos" (because you can zoom on a mobile device, "Compare" is not shown). If you want to take advantage of the Package Discounts, you must order from the "Packages" tab. You can add images from any gallery (Portrait or Action) to the same cart. However, you can not combine portraits and action in the same package, nor old and current action images in the same package. You can make a collage with both portrait and action images in it but please keep in mind, these collages are not eligible for a discount. Please pay attention to item descriptions. Please remember that our images are copyrighted. To obtain a personal advertising or editorial release for an image, you must purchase it as at least an 8x10 or a "Printable Digital". Additional Information: Standard turn-around is 14 days for "Printable Digitals", 6 weeks for prints or "low-res digital images", 12 weeks for canvas, collages & products. All orders must be paid before they are processed. Delays in payment will result in the removal of any discounts, package specials, early bird specials and/or additional charges. Items ordered together will ship together - at the longest turn time, so if you want to get webs or prints before your collage or custom photo products, please place a separate order. Images are previews only - orders will be cropped (if requested) and all images will be color-corrected if needed. To request a crop, click "my cart". Each image will have a quill next to it. Click the quill "Make a Note" and add your comment but be SURE you click "Click to Save Note" when you are done or it will not save. |
How to order video!
Please take a moment to read the information below or watch the video about our site. Everyone will need to "Create an Account" in the system or login with a previously made account. HOW TO ORDER COLLAGES AND PACKAGES:
REVIEW THE VIDEO ABOVE! In summary: add the package or collage to your cart first, then add images to it. 1. Choose the package or collage you want by clicking the three horizontal bars to the right of the item. If you want a collage with both action and an awards/portrait image, please choose the collage marked as such. You cannot combine portraits and action images in a regular "package" - just in a collage. 2. Answer the questions then click the "Add to Cart" button. 3. Click the "Add Photos to Package" button or the check mark to add the photos you want. 4. Then use the left or right arrows on the photos to scroll through and choose your images. This is easiest if you have saved "Favorites" and are ordering from those "Favorites". 5. If you are finished adding images to the package or collage, click the "Back to Product List" at the top of the page to add other items to your cart. 6. If at any time you wish to change one of the images in your package or collage, click the "View My Collection" button at the top of the page and click the item you wish to edit. |
